Shipping and Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated in real-time at checkout using the Australia Post API, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Australia only: Starts from $15 (standard shipping) + any additional calculated fee for heavier or bulkier items.

Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days within Australia (most orders arrive faster thanks to our dropship network).

Note: Remote or regional areas, as well as bulky/heavy items (e.g. servers, access points, switches), may incur higher shipping fees. The exact cost is shown before you complete payment.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order dispatches, we’ll send you a shipping notification email with tracking details.

Tracking can sometimes take up to 4 hours to become active in Australia Post’s system — please don’t worry if it’s not showing immediately.

 

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How can I request a return, exchange or refund?

The quickest way is to log into your account and process the return yourself:

You can also email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the email address you used to place the order (both are in your order confirmation email).

Important notes:

  • You will be asked to return the item to the closest supplier warehouse (https://www.ozspots.com.au/delivery-from-5-states/).
  • Change of mind returns are NOT, but a restocking fee applies if the item is in perfect, unused, and resaleable condition.
  • All returns must be in original packaging, with all accessories and in saleable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What happens if my product is faulty?

We take great care to supply only high-quality, genuine products (Ubiquiti UniFi, TP-Link Omada, and other leading brands).

If you receive a faulty or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] or via your account.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and photos where possible.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Can I go directly to the manufacturer for warranty?

Yes — for many brands you can lodge a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer, which is often quicker than going through us once the initial return window has passed.

What you’ll need:

  • Proof of purchase (your OzSpots invoice/receipt)
  • Clear description of the fault
  • Photos of the product and fault if possible

You may need to pay for return shipping to them. Once they confirm the defect, they will arrange a replacement.
